Customers are able to order goods and collect at the gate the only difference is that you customers are not able to access the trade counter, orders will be processed in the car parking area

Monday - Friday ( 9.00 until 4.30 Phone lines available to take orders ) - *** Please note all our telephone lines are fully manned at all times but will be very busy at this time. ***

ON THE GATE COLLECTIONS CANNOT BE PROCESSED AFTER 4.00pm

Weekends - Currently closed.

CURRENT STATUS WHEN OPEN

In order to adhere to social distancing measures the majority of orders are being taken through allocating Collection slots to customers. This ensures that Social distancing measures are adhered too making it safer for our staff members and customers, these measures have ensured that customers orders are ready hence reducing waiting times on the premises.

We will be introducing " ON THE GATE " collections as of 11/06/2020 however they will operate on a first come first served basis and waiting times may be longer than usual due to high current levels of demand. ( There is a designated queing area for " on the Gate collections" Please note if an order is large or time consuming a collection time slot may still need to be given which will enable us to get the order ready.

SHOWROOM AREAS

Showroom areas are now open on an appointment basis only  ( We ask that you call the office or send us an email along with TELEPHONE NUMBER so that we can book you a viewing time slot in the showroom  ). We will be allocating 30 minutes per customer to view our internal flooring & Door displays. ( Slots will be allocated on a first come first serve basis ).

( Appointments will need to be made to view internal flooring display areas, initially we will have no more than two people in the flooring showroom area at any one time ). 

EXTERNAL DISPLAYS

Our external display garden areas can be viewed by appointment please call to organise a viewing or send an email to info@dgheath.co.uk.

Samples of all products are available for collection at the gate please send Email or call us prior to collection, we are also able to send samples via royal mail.

PLEASE NOTE THESE MEASURES ARE TEMPORARY AND WE HOPE TO GET BACK TO NORMAL ONCE WE FEEL THAT IT IS SAFE AND RESPONSIBLE TO DO SO.
